The Importance of Forest Corridors in Singapore

Posted on Updated on

Congrats Keren! Her first publication (based on her undergrad research) shows that the genetic diversity of the fragmented Short-tailed Babbler population in Singapore is extremely low compared to populations in intact forests in the Sundaic region. Her work highlights the importance of maintaining a well-connected network of rainforest patches in urban areas, such as Singapore.
